IPSWICH — The Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board voted unanimously to fund a part-time Housing Coordinator position. Board member Sarah Player moved the approval, seconded by Michael Schaaf, establishing the role at 15 hours per week for a maximum of $35 per hour, adjusting from an initially discussed range of $31,000 to $34,000 for 19 hours per week. The board also directed its Director of Planning and Community Development to work with the Ipswich Planning Board on Payment-in-Lieu Schedule revisions.
