Ipswich Board of Assessors approved and signed December 2025 excise abatements in a brief Monday evening session. Chairperson Mary-Lou Ireland, M.A.A., and members David Feldman and Sean McFadden processed motor vehicle excise abatements of $755.58 for 2023, $496.89 for 2024, and $2,749.22 for 2025, along with a boat excise abatement of $348 for fiscal 2026. The board entered executive session to discuss property abatements and exemptions before adjourning.
