Board of Health Approves Four Septic System Variances

Ipswich Board of Health approves four septic system variances and waivers unanimously. The board voted unanimously on May 4 to approve design variances at four properties: 84 Little Neck Road, 53 Skytop Road, 86 Jeffreys Neck Road, and 86 Town Farm Road, with conditions including deed restrictions and Conservation Commission approval. Director of Public Health Colleen Fermon recommended all approvals.
The board also scheduled a June 1 public hearing on proposed revisions to the Restricting the Sale of Tobacco Products Regulation, which would exempt existing tobacco retailers from proximity-based restrictions on new location permits.
