IPSWICH — Conservation Commission approves 18,600 sf building expansion at Mitchell Road. The commission unanimously issued a positive Order of Conditions for AJS Realty's three-phase project at 14-16 Mitchell Road, with all five commissioners voting in favor. Nick Betts of Meridian Associates represented the applicant, and the public hearing closed without opposition.

Ten additional matters, including applications for septic repair at Jeffreys Neck Road and raze-and-rebuild at North Ridge Road, were continued to April 8 or April 22 at applicant request.
