Ipswich Conservation Commission approves bollard installation, continues environmental reviews. The Commission unanimously approved a Small Project Permit for National Grid to install two bollards at 10 Mitchell Road with post-construction inspection required. The Commission discussed an Essex County Trail Association proposal to construct an equestrian trail at 15 Chebacco and 32 Candlewood Road, designed to prevent horse riders from using Chebacco Road; the project proposes approximately 2,529 square feet of wetland replication and boardwalk crossings.

A septic system repair Notice of Intent at 86 Jeffreys Neck Road was reviewed, with the Commission requesting coastal bank delineation updates. Seven other matters, including basketball court construction, dwelling projects, and Certificate of Compliance applications, were continued to future sessions.
