Conservation Commission approves Rosewood Drive redesign

Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 22, 2026

Ipswich Conservation Commission approves redesigned Rosewood Drive development with lower environmental impact. The order of conditions for RDL Properties lowers impervious surface by 450 square feet, from 3,700 to 3,250 square feet, while keeping the building within the originally approved footprint. The commission also approved orders for a septic system replacement at 84-85 Little Neck Road and a negative determination for a shed at 22 Sagamore Road.

Several ongoing projects continue to May 6, including the 40 and 42 Chattanooga Road driveway and dwelling project, pending Town Counsel guidance on stormwater management and Department of Public Works coordination. An Enforcement Order will be issued for 19 Waldingfield Road following wetlands disturbance from tree-removal work.
