Conservation Commission approves three permits, questions residential project.
Conservation Commission · Meeting of January 21, 2026
IPSWICH — The Ipswich Conservation Commission approved three small project permits while flagging residential project concerns. Dead tree removal at 3 Spillers Lane, new deck footings at 202 High Street, and fence installation at 1 Burrage Lane were approved unanimously with post-construction inspections. Acting Chair Jennifer Hughes and commissioners raised questions about a Notice of Intent for approximately 1,317 square feet of additions at 94 Town Farm Road after aerial photographs suggested potential work outside approved areas.
Conservation Agent Mary Lester will schedule a site visit.
