Ipswich Conservation Commission continues permits to March, requires updated stormwater compliance. Chair Jennifer Hughes and her colleagues unanimously continued seven environmental applications to March 4, 2026, while requiring an 18,600-square-foot Mitchell Road addition to comply with updated stormwater bylaws adopted since the project's 2021 approval. Applicants Nick Betts (Meridian Associates) and Chris Sparages (Williams and Sparages) provided project updates.

The commission also continued the Fellow Road stormwater project to May 6, 2025, pending site stabilization and completion of an Operations and Maintenance report.
