Conservation Commission issues Avalon Bay development order

IPSWICH — The Ipswich Conservation Commission unanimously approves Avalon Bay's 214-unit residential development at 36 Essex Road. The commission, led by Acting Chair Jennifer Hughes and Conservation Agent Mary Lester, issued an Order of Conditions for the project, which includes three apartment buildings, three townhouse buildings, a clubhouse, and pool with 369 parking spaces. The commission also unanimously approved a Stormwater Management Permit for 115 North Ridge Road.
Multiple Certificates of Compliance were issued for other properties, and seven matters were continued to future meetings pending additional documentation.
