Ipswich Board of Assessors meets to process property deferrals and approve valuation revision. Chair Mary-Lou Ireland and Member Sean McFadden, with Member David Feldman absent, approved signed deferrals for properties at 6 Hillside Road and 38 Appomattox Road during the March 19 meeting. The board also processed a revised assessment for the property at 16 North Ridge Road, owned by Benjamin and Marylou Gill Fierro as trustees, increasing the valuation from $1,334,800 to $1,536,700, an increase of $201,900.
The valuation increase resulted in an additional tax of $2,176.49 issued as a state Form 63 warrant to the Tax Collector.
