Ipswich conservation panel approves two residential project permits

Ipswich Conservation Commission approves two residential development permits with environmental conditions and continues review of three applications. The commission issued a positive order of conditions for garage construction at 58 Essex Road (Jennings/Smith, DeRosa Environmental) in a unanimous vote. At 86 Jeffreys Neck Road, the commission unanimously approved an order of conditions for septic system repair by owner Jeff Marc-Aurelle, including approved waivers for work in protected No-Build and No-Disturbance zones.
The Board of Health previously approved the septic plan in November 2025. The commission continued three other applications pending additional environmental detail and site visits, and one application for raze and rebuild was withdrawn.
