Ipswich Home Sales Cluster Above $1 Million as 15 Deeds Record in Four Weeks
Ipswich recorded 15 property deeds between July 10 and Aug. 8. Of the eight sales with a disclosed price, figures ranged from $330,000 to $1,575,000, with a median of $1,162,500; five of those eight closed above $1.1 million. The period's top sale was 29 Heartbreak Road at $1,575,000, sold by Susan D. Oleary to Matthew Ryan Carstens. Two condo units on Fellows/Fellow Road, both sold by the same trustee, closed within days of each other for $1.2 million and $1.25 million. Seven of the 15 transfers, many involving trusts, family members or LLCs, did not disclose a sale price.
