Ipswich home sales range from $215,000 to $2.66 million in late July

Ipswich recorded 15 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with 11 sales disclosing a price ranging from $215,000 to $2,659,000 and a median of $895,000. The month's top sale was 30 Buttonwood Lane, which sold for $2,659,000 on July 28 to buyer Robert Nelson from seller Residences at the Hills LLC. Seven of the 15 recorded transfers were condominium units. Four transfers, including two on Quay Road, listed no sale price and involved matching seller and buyer names, consistent with family or trust transfers. The data shows a spread of price tiers with no single dominant neighborhood pattern this period.
