Ipswich Home Sales Range From $430,000 To $2.2 Million In August
Fourteen property deeds were recorded in Ipswich between July 24 and Aug. 22, with prices ranging from $430,000 to $2,195,000 and a median of $680,000 among the seven sales that disclosed a price. The month's top transaction, $2,195,000, was recorded without a specific street address; the next-highest was 23 Turkey Shore Road at $1,200,000. Half the recorded deeds listed no sale price, including several transfers between family members or into revocable trusts. Eight of the 14 transactions involved a condominium or platted unit rather than a standalone property. No street produced more than one sale in the period.
