Ipswich Home Sales Split Between Sub-$500K Deals And A $1.175 Million Condo At Primrose Lane
Ipswich recorded 15 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, with eight sales disclosing a price ranging from $300,000 to $1,175,000 and a median of $677,500. The month's top sale was a condominium at 24 Primrose Lane, Unit 24, which sold for $1,175,000 on Aug. 12. Central Street was the only street with more than one recorded sale, and several transfers, including at Juniper, Poplar, Dix and Edge streets, involved matching or related grantor and grantee names, consistent with trust or family transfers, none of which disclosed a price. Most recorded sales carried lot or unit designations, indicating a market weighted toward condominiums during this period.
