Fifteen properties sold in Ipswich between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with recorded prices ranging from $240,000 to $1.6 million and a median of $680,000, based on Essex County Southern District Registry of Deeds data. The month's top transaction was a $1.6 million sale recorded simply as "SEE RECORD," from Richard W. Chase to Karen E. Donovan, trustee. Four of the 15 transfers, including two on Linebrook Road, had no price yet available in registry data. Sales spanned condominiums and single-family properties, with no single street or neighborhood dominating activity, and the mix of price tiers, four sales above $1 million, three in the $500,000-to-$1 million range and four below $500,000, shows no clear concentration in any one segment this period.
