Ipswich Planning Board approves land division; three hearings delayed

Planning Board · Meeting of March 19, 2026

Ipswich Planning Board approves Bowdoin Road land division; three applications postponed. The board unanimously endorsed an ANR division at 4, 6, and 8 Bowdoin Road by Peter Gosselin, Lee Gale, Elaine Gale, and The Proprietors of Great Neck, Inc., which clarifies three non-conforming existing lots and extinguishes a paper road. Three public hearing applications were continued to April 9: Sharon Fuller's subdivision modification at 40 Chattanooga Road, Cedar Tree Realty's indoor riding arena at 267 Topsfield Road, and 214 High Street LLC's multi-family building plan at 214 High Street.

Harbor Light Homes' minor modification application for dumpsters and parking changes at 1-2 Washington Street also was continued to April 9 after concerns emerged over an undocumented emergency generator and year-round screening details.
