Ipswich Sale Prices Range From $795,000 To $890,000 Amid Scarce Price Disclosure
Ipswich recorded 14 property deed transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two disclosed a sale price: $890,000 for 21 N. Ridge Rd. (Deveau to Frey) and $795,000 for 18 County St., Unit 4 (Quimby Trust to Astarita), putting the median of disclosed sales at $842,500. Ten of the 14 transfers listed the same or a related surname as both seller and buyer, indicating property moving into or between family trusts rather than open-market sales, which likely explains the low rate of price disclosure. North Ridge Road was the only street with more than one recorded transfer. With most deeds unpriced, the data offers limited insight into overall market value trends this period.
