Most Ipswich Deeds Recorded in August Skip a Sale Price
Ipswich recorded 14 property deeds between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one, an $890,000 sale of 21 North Ridge Road from Alan R. Deveau to Timothy Frey, disclosed a sale price, making it both the period's high and low and its de facto median. North Ridge Road and River Road each saw two recorded transfers. Eleven of the 14 deeds involved parties sharing a surname or the same person transferring property into a trust, including three condo units sold by Mark Maloney LLC to three individuals surnamed Maloney. With price data limited to a single transaction, the filings offer little basis for judging overall market direction this period.
