Deveau to Timothy Frey, had a sale price recorded, making it both the period's high and low and its de facto median. North Ridge Road and River Road each saw two recorded transfers. Eleven of the 14 deeds involved parties sharing a surname or the same person transferring property into a trust, including three condo units sold by Mark Maloney LLC to three individuals surnamed Maloney. With price data limited to a single transaction, the filings offer little basis for judging overall market direction this period.
