IPSWICH — Planning Board appointed two Design Review Board members on September 24, 2026, in unanimous votes. Interior architect Sarah Burrows, who formerly served on the Historical Commission, and bookshop owner Kimberly Mavroides both received unanimous approval; Burrows attended the meeting and Mavroides did not. The Board also unanimously directed the Planning Office to prepare a draft decision for Residents At The Hills lot consolidation at 46-48 Buttonwood Lane.
Four development applications — multi-family housing at 214 High Street, inn modification at 55 Waldingfield Road, pump station construction, and Hill Garage renovation — continued to October 15, 2026.
