Planning Board approves Public Safety Building exterior modifications

Ipswich Planning Board approves exterior design modifications to the Public Safety Building. The board unanimously approved design changes at 36 Linebrook Road, modified in response to resident input, with conditions requiring traffic data and crosswalk improvements before construction. The board also unanimously approved 126 High Street Realty's minor modification, converting one parking space to permeable open space to meet the 50% open space requirement.
Water Director Vicki Halmen presented the Town's Municipal Drinking Water Treatment Plant at 274 High Street; the board voted unanimously to request a draft decision for the February 26 meeting.
