Ipswich Planning Board continues three development proposals to April 30. The board approved withdrawal of Sharon M. Fuller's subdivision modification application at 40 Chattanooga Road and continued three other projects: Cedar Tree Realty's indoor riding arena at 267 Topsfield Road, a multi-family dwelling at 214 High Street, and Harbor Light Homes' minor modification at 1-2 Washington Street.
Members unanimously released $6,528.27 in peer review funds from five separate accounts to prior applicants.
