Ipswich School Building Committee advances enrollment-driven feasibility planning with MSBA. Dr. Brian J.
Blake reported that the Massachusetts School Building Authority has projected K-5 enrollment growth from 681 current students to 788 over the next decade, a model that will guide the scope of any construction project. The Committee expects an MSBA invitation to the feasibility phase in April, after which Owner's Project Manager hiring and Designer Selection Panel formation will begin. Committee Vice Chair Haley Rist flagged concerns that current enrollment already exceeds some prior projections, and the group resolved to finalize enrollment assumptions before advancing.
