IPSWICH — Select Board keeps fisherman's permit intact pending residency proof. The board voted unanimously to let Steven Hemeon retain his commercial shellfish permit through March 31 as long as he provides weekly proof of stay at the Arbor Inn to the police department, with automatic revocation if documentation lapses; Hemeon is currently homeless while awaiting housing authority placement. In separate votes, the board unanimously approved a partial street blocking application for construction at 55 Clark Road contingent on Fire, Police, and Public Works consultation, unanimously accepted a donation from B&W Moving and Cleanouts to the Council on Aging, and unanimously approved prior meeting minutes.
