IPSWICH — Select Board reviews FY27 departmental budgets across town operations. Interim Town Manager Thomas Younger, Town Assessor Mary-Lou Ireland, Town Clerk Andrea Pappalimberis, and Public Works Director Rick Clarke presented departmental spending proposals with no formal votes recorded. The board identified a projected $125,000 snow and ice budget deficit and discussed potential responses, including a board meeting after Town Meeting to address funding.

The board indicated preference for full transfer station automation pending final cost numbers and directed Clarke to prepare for trash contract negotiations by July 1.
