Library Board defers Landscape Master Plan decision to February

Ipswich Library Board of Trustees defers landscape master plan review to February. The board, chaired by George Gray, decided at its January 12 meeting to formally consider the Landscape Master Plan at its February 9 meeting after reviewing an initial proposal from Corliss Landscaping. Library Director Nora Blake reported that the library's entry path has been newly re-bricked and that Rogers Room windows remain under consideration for restoration.
The Friends of the Library reported a recent book sale generated over $750 in profit; the group, which added Jane Powers to its board, now has 88 online members.
